HAS JESS FOUND HERSELF A NEW MAN!?

TMZ reports that Orlando Bloom was involved in a car accident last night and may or may not have minor injuries. He was seen leaving the Green Door in Hollywood last night before the crash which went down at around 2:15am. A Matrix and a Porsche Cayenne were involved the crash and both cars are doing fine. Don't worry.

TMZ also has video of Orlando taken before the crash getting into some stranger's car and arguing with him about the dude's wife. Douche fights! It happens every night in Hollywood.

In another Orlando wreck news. OK! Magazine reports that he may be dating Jessica Simpson. They arrived together at a Fall Out Boy concert on Wednesday. A source said, "Jessica and Orlando are trying to keep their relationship on the down low. It's all new to them and they're still just feeling their ways but they are definitely an item."

Lindsay Lohan is still in Utah and she's still with that new boyfriend of hers, Riley Giles. The two lovebirds were seen going to dinner in Salt Lake City the other night and Best Buy yesterday. Fascinating stuff.

BRIT'S LABEL IS SUING PEREZHILTON.COM

Music label Zomba sued PerezHilton.com for copyright infringement on Thursday, saying the gossip Web site illegally posted recordings by pop singer Britney Spears.

The suit, filed in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles Thursday, accused the Web site and its proprietor, Mario Lavandeira, of illegally obtaining and posting at least 10 completed songs and unfinished demos. -MSNBC.COM  Crap... good thing they didn't see the crap I posted from Perez's site!! ;)

 BRIT GETS OVERNIGHTS!!!

Britney Spears will get one overnight visit with her kids per week.- at least for now.  L.A. County Court Commissioner Scott Gordon partially accepted her lawyer's plea to give Spears monitored overnight visitation. Spears, who was in court, was sworn in as the afternoon hearing began. She testified, but we don't know what she said.  Spears left the courtroom visibly upset. The overnight visits will be monitored. The parties have not reached an agreement on choosing a different monitor than the one who is already in place.  A court spokesman said today was the result of a compromise between the two sides - Brit wanted more, K-Fed didn't want her to have any overnights.  K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said after the hearing that he met with Brit's lawyers during the lunch hour and told the court that they all agreed to "slightly increase" Brit's visitation. In other words, K-Fed agreed to give Brit a break, and a chance.  Kaplan said protections were in place for the kids.  -TMZ.COM

BRIT UPDATE!!!

Brit Brit doesn't get her overnight visits just yet reports OK! Magazin e. Brit wanted overnight visitation with her boys. Her lawyers begged the judge to change the custody agreement and to also make Brit's mother, Lynne Spears, the legal monitor. Brit have issues with "trusting" people and wanted her mother around instead of the court-appointed monitor.

Commissioner Scott M. Gordon told Brit's attorney, "This doesn't seem like an 'emergency.' I've made all these rules, and your client made a choice not to follow them. This is why this current order was made."

Brit's attorney that told Commissioner Gordon, "She has trust issues. It takes her a while to build trust. We're finally getting her to trust us."

Brit also didn't attend this morning, because it was leaked last night that she would attend and she didn't want to deal with the media.

UNCOMFORTABLE MEETING?

Reese and Jake were at the premiere of their new movie together... the pics make it look like it was suuuuper uncomfortable like they were Angelina and Brad after the news of them cheating came out.  I don't know what the big deal is... so they dated, it didn't work... you can still be friends sheesh... maybe something really juicy went down behind the scenes... I know there was a rumor about Jake being gay for awhile.  Maybe he really did just wanna be friends and she didn't know... I dunno... I am trying to make these two boring people more exciting than they really are.

During a phone interview with New York's Time Out Magazine, Joaquin was asked how he prepared for a role in his new movie "We Own the Night."  i CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT HE SAID!!!

"I never prepare. I think that's completely overrated. It's a very simple job. All you have to do is . . . stand in the right spot and say the line. So I don't really believe in preparation."

Time Out reminded him that he said he prepared for his role in "Ladder 49" by training with firefighters.

Joaquin responded, "I just said that because I thought it would sound good to the press. I don't know why it seems to be of note that actors do any kind of preparation. It's just what you're supposed to do in your fu@%*$&  job. Do you think that because you did some research you deserve some special credit?"

JANICE WENT UNDER THE KNIFE AGAIN!?

Usmagazine.com has learned exclusively that Dickinson, 52, the self-proclaimed "world's first supermodel," underwent a tummy tuck and "mini neck lift" Monday in Beverly Hills. The surgeon: Dr. Frank Ryan, the plastic surgeon to the stars who famously augmented the breasts of Hills star Heidi Montag.

A source tells Us that while "Janice knows people will think she didn't need a tummy tuck," she's been complaining about "a lot of extra skin" on her lower abdomen and wanted tighter abs. The source adds that she opted for the mini neck lift as an after thought because "she might as well since she was going under."

According to the source, Dickinson, star of Oxygen Network's Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency, is now resting at the Serenity after-care center in Santa Monica.

Just prior to having a facelift in 2004, Dickinson explained the appeal of plastic surgery to Entertainment Tonight: "I consider plastic surgery important because I'm in front of the camera, I still model, and, quite frankly, I was noticing my skin looking like a turkey wobbler. I'm just trying to hang on to what I got."
