YES! Some dude that claims to have a tape of him and Britney Spears doing sex to each other's nasty bodies. The man told InTouch Weekly that he met Brit while she was on vacation in June. The 28-year-old lives in Hawaii and said he taped Britney without her knowing it at the Four Seasons hotel on the Kona-Kohala Coast on June 7. He met her at about 1am in the hotel's bar.
The dude said, "It was just normal sex, we didn't do anything crazy. It was a little disappointing. It lasted for about 25 minutes and then we passed out." -DLISTED.COM
A DMV spokeswhore told People , "She has fulfilled her requirements for a California driver's license. Ms. Spears actually took and passed a written test in April. She was fingerprinted and photographed yesterday. She will be issued a formal license in the mail soon."

They evaluated the sales of the six leading celebrity weeklies- People, Star, US Weekly, In Touch Weekly, Life & Style and OK!-over a six-month period ending June 30. And who came out on top as the top seller was? None other than Jennifer Aniston, of course. Appearing on every title except for Brangelina-obsessed In Touch at least once during the time period, her face collectively sold more than 5 million copies. What's more? STERN IS FILING A $60 MILLION LAWSUIT!!! According to the AP, "Stern's lawsuit says that the book falsely accuses Stern of, among other things, criminal lewd acts, homosexual acts, illegal possession and use of cocaine, conspiring to commit murder and kidnapping for ransom. 'Defendants have exploited Ms. Smith's life and death by publishing false and defamatory factual accusations against' Stern, according to the 65-page lawsuit filed by Atlanta lawyer Lin Wood." Stern told Entertainment Tonight in September: "Most of these witnesses, or, you can't even call them witnesses, but sources to Rita Cosby's book, they were doing media after media interview after Anna passed away and they took every shot at me that their imaginations could possibly dream up. And all of a sudden, the same people are coming back and they're saying, 'oh by the way, I forgot... Howard and Larry are gay and there's a video of them together.' It's ridiculous.
