Okay, well if you've read my other blogs you know about our big move coming up at the end of the month. Arizona here we come!
I was in Colorado working on our home last weekend. Our home is as good as it is going to get. I just decided I can't do all the things I feel need to get done, so I'm finished. It was a little bittersweet leaving our home, as it is probably the last time I'll be in the house. We moved into that home when our son was 2 and our daughter was 6 years old. Ethan is now in 3rd grade and Tatum is in 7th grade.
I got home late on Sunday night. Thank goodness not quite as sore as I was from our last trip to Colorado but I was exhausted. Of course, I had to get up early the next morning to get the kids off to school. My husband and I enjoyed going out for breakfast to catch up on the Colorado home and to put our plan together to find a home in Arizona. I dropped him off at the airport and he has been in Arizona since Monday afternoon and is still hunting for a home down there. He has seen many, many homes but still haven't found one that meets all our needs or wants but today will be decision day! We may not get everything we want and that will be okay for now. He comes back home tomorrow and then we will move on May 31st.
In case anyone reads this that can help... I am trying to get tickets to the Jonas Brothers show for my daugher. She is a huge fan and with this summer being so crazy I would love to be able to get her to their concert! I (and she) would be grateful!!! She is struggling with another major move (our 3rd state) in less than 2 years and this would be a great welcome to Arizona gift. Please help if you can! She was very sad yesterday, as her and I took down all of her Jonas Brothers posters from her bedroom walls. She had well over 200 on the walls and a stack of others she didn't want to put up just knowing she'd have to take them down soon. We managed to save them all (a few rips but nothing tape couldn't fix). When she went to bed she said she didn't think she'd be able to sleep with her walls so plain and not being able to rollover and peek out at the Jonas Brothers. I think she managed but that is the mind of 13 year old girl. Again, if anyone is able to help out with tickets, meet & greet access that would be so awesome!!!!
Thanks for reading... have a super day everyone!
